A new approach to corporate social investment that Storm Telecom is taking has resulted in the William Clark Othandweni Children’s Home in Sherwood near Durban receiving a much-needed Speed Queen washing machine. The new approach is less about the uninvolved wielding of the company chequebook, but rather looking at customer and partner networks to see how a problem can be solved quickly and cheaply, to allow donations to be stretched that little bit further.
