“Community Organising” is a 30-page handbook series for CBOs that provides guidance on strategies and techniques to enable CBOs to increase their impact at a local level.
The guide is also aimed at helping organisations to check to see if what they are doing can be improved by using the structured tools and techniques of development. Topics included in this guide are among others, the definition of a community, organising and mobilising, assumptions and principles, the role of CBOs in the community, and community – organising model.
