The report titled, Commitment to Development Index 2007, is an annual ranking list of 21 donor countries assessing the coherence of their development policies and how much rich countries help poor countries build prosperity, good government, and security. It ranks countries according to their policies on aid, trade, expenditures, migration, environment, security and technology.
