Case Study: Volunteer Builds Organisation’s Website Using FOSS

A Canadian high school student, Yuh-Shi Lim, rebuild the website of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Zimbabwe using Free and Open Source Software (FOSS). The impact of Yuh-Shi Lim’s work went beyond the rebuilding of the UNDP website. The practical use of FOSS within UNDP paved the way for the organization to promote FOSS as a tool to help achieve human development in Zimbabwe.
