Broadcasting Pluralism and Diversity: Training Manual for African Regulators is a guide aimed at media policy reform in Africa. Published by the international human rights organization Article 19, the manual provides instruction on how to improve the regulatory aspect of African media policy with the end result of promoting media policy reform.
