Assessing the Performance of Foundation Programme Officers

Programme officers are the main interface between foundations and their grantees, they can make or break grantees’ experience.
However, despite this fact, foundation leaders often pay too little attention to assessing, developing, supporting, and clarifying the expectations of these crucial staff. To improve the consistency and quality of their programme officers, foundation leaders need performance data from outside sources.
