In his recent paper titled, “MDG Targets: Misunderstood or Misconceived,” Hamid Tabatabai argues that Jan Vandemoortele’s view expressed in his paper titled “MDGs: Misunderstood Targets?” is correct that the Millenium Development Goals (MDGs) are not so much misunderstood as misconceived.
