Martus Review
Tuesday, June 26, 2007 – 11:00
In 2005, Susan Bazilli, a Canadian international human rights lawyer working with the Open Society Institute and Benetech to survey the use of the Martus human rights monitoring software tool, worked on a survey of Martus use in Africa. Martus addresses four critical requirements for software protecting information on human rights and social justice violations: usability, security, the ability to search, and transparency.
As a follow-up project, Bazilli is interested in hearing from NGOs who have been using Martus. All replies will be kept strictly confidential.
