Client Satisfaction Index
Client satisfaction is a key business driver and one that no organisation can ignore. The Umhlaba Consulting Group has designed a web based client satisfaction index as a tool for management to measure and assess the extent to which their clients are satisfied with the service the organisation provides. The clients can complete an online questionnaire from the comfort or their workplaces and the process takes no longer than fifteen minutes.
The system produces a report which provides the organisation with an accurate rating and suggestions for improving customer satisfaction. Umhlaba provides and analysis of the results and facilitates internal learning and process to develop improvement initiatives.
