Overseas Development Institute, October 2005
This Overseas Development Institute (ODI) study “synthesises existing research on knowledge and learning strategies in development agencies, and draws out eight key questions for comparison, analysis and evaluation of these strategies. The questions fit into the following categories: organisational knowledge, organisational links, organisational contexts and external factors, which together make up a coherent framework for knowledge strategies in development agencies.”
