Co-operative Housing Guidelines
Tuesday, March 4, 2008 – 17:52
Afesis-Corplan has produced Co-operative Housing Guidelines to help housing cooperative members plan their housing cooperative blocks. The guidelines can also be used by designers to help explain what housing co-operatives can look like.
The guidelines provide information on overarching design considerations to be taken into account when designing co-operative housing settlements as well as ensuring the settlement is environmentally friendly, pedestrian suitable and safe for children.
