GROW Educare Centres is determined to bring 5-star early learning that unlocks human potential to every neighbourhood.  To achieve this ambitious vision, we create an ecosystem for Early Childhood Development (ECD) centres that ensures children receive high quality early learning and that centre owners run professional and sustainable small businesses. Our 5 Steps to 5 Star programme offers ECD centre owners a complete recipe for success and includes all the tools, training and resources needed to operate a professional centre. As part of this, we have developed an integrated mobile application (App) that is now available to any early learning centre in South Africa. This mobile App suite ensures that ECD centre owners have all the tools, resources and training in the palm of their hand and includes tools and resources for teachers and parents.

They are looking for a business savvy team player with excellent mentoring skills to fill the role of ECD Centre Management Mentor at our Regional Office in Midrand, Gauteng.
