sophisticated database system, with tight administrative procedures. It is this combination of personalised attention and a sound business model, that serves as the strong base from which we assist the unemployed and place them into the correct work opportunities.

DreamWorker seeks to appoint a Traffic Coordinator, based in Cape Town.

The person will act as a liaison between different areas in an organisation. The Coordinator must be able to excel at troubleshooting problems, managing schedules, and coordinating multiple activities at the same time.

The coordinator will work with various departments and individuals in an organisation to ensure work flow through the company in a timely manner.


  • Must have good planning skills and the ability to anticipate problems;
  • Ability to develop a plan of action to prevent delays in the organization's workflow;
  • Ability to traffic Coordinator must communicate with individuals at different levels in the organization.
