AllPay Takes Tender Dispute to ConCourt

AllPay turns to the Constitutional Court in yet another attempt to have the multibillion-rand social service grant tender process declared invalid

Losing bidder, AllPay, has turned to the Constitutional Court in yet another attempt to have the multibillion-rand social service grant tender process declared invalid.

AllPay lost the R10 billion tender for the payment of social security grants to Cash Paymaster Services.

The company is appealing the Supreme Court of Appeal (SCA) judgment passed in March this year, which found that the tender process followed by the South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in awarding the contract to Cash Paymaster Services was ‘valid and legal’.
