HEARD: Researcher

Health Economic and HIV/AIDS Research Division (HEARD) is a self-funded, applied research unit based at the University of KwaZulu-Natal in Durban. HEARD conducts a range of research-from pure to applied- seeking to support all those intent on designing interventions to reduce the HIV pandemic in all sectors  in  the  SADC and East Africa region. Its research agenda is driven by current issues and is aimed at producing knowledge and evidence critical to informed policies and actions.

Economic Policy Research Institute: Research Fellows

The Economic Policy Research Institute (EPRI) is a not-for-profit, independent social policy research institute that conducts research on issues related to social protection in Africa and Asia, organizes and teaches at social protection capacity building courses around the globe, and provides economic and social policy training to members of the South African parliament. Healthchek International: Internship - Environmental Health and Health Advocacy

Healthchek International (Healthchek) is a nonprofit organisation that works to deliver health promotion programmes in urban and rural communities based on research and development in environmental aspects.
 
Healthchek seeks to appoint four Interns - Environmental Health and Health Advocacy, based in Gauteng.

Centre for Public Mental Health: Temporary Project Manager - PRIME

The Alan J. Flisher Centre for Public Mental Health (CPMH) is the first of its kind on the African continent, and is a joint initiative of the Department of Psychiatry and Mental Health at the University of Cape Town (UCT) and the Department of Psychology at Stellenbosch University (SU).  The CPMH conducts high quality research on public mental health, and uses evidence for teaching, consultancy and advocacy to promote mental health in Africa.
