The SAFMH seeks to appoint a Helpdesk Administrator, based in Ferndale, Gauteng.


Time: Weekdays, mornings only.



Western Cape Cerebral Palsy Association: Social Workers

The Western Cape Cerebral Palsy Association (WCCPA) renders comprehensive social work services to people with cerebral palsy and their families in the Western Cape.

Charity Association of Chinese in Botswana has donated 175 000 pula (about US$20 000) to the Eagle Trust aimed at empowering young people with disabilities through a life skill project.

The charity was established in 2012 by Chinese people in Botswana to fulfill their social responsibility by supporting the cause of youth empowerment, poverty alleviation and skills training.

Grahamstown Area Distress Relief Association: Director

The Grahamstown Area Distress Relief Association (GADRA) Advice and Community Work, established in 1958, is one of the Eastern Cape’s oldest surviving NGOs. For more than 50 years the organisation’s primary activities have been geared towards aiding the poor and marginalised, including people with disabilities. GADRA is registered with the South African Revenue Services (SARS) as a Public Benefit Organisation (PBO), as well as with the Department of Social Development as a Non-Profit Organisation (NPO).

As part of training and fund generation we run a factory that produces dog treats and supplies these to various retail outlets. The organisation operates from its premises in Durham Road Salt River. Work4You is a small but diverse team of caring people who live out our mission to help young people with intellectual disabilities find personal fulfillment and a sense of achievement in their lives.

Disabled People South Africa: Provincial Administrator

Disabled People South Africa (DPSA) is a nonprofit and democratic cross-disability body made up of member organisations of disabled people that mobilises and advocate for their rights for attainment of equal opportunity. DPSA is recognised as the national assembly of disabled people by Disabled People International (DPI), which has observer status in the United Nations.

DPSA seeks to appoint a Provincial Administrator, based in Free State.
